  • CHECK-INS before 4:00PM or CHECK-OUTS after 11:00AM may be an option. This opportunity is based on availability and is determined by the front desk. FEES apply, please inquire.
  • Room rates vary depending on exact dates of arrival and departure.
  • Guests must be 21 to check in unless accompanied by parent/guardian.
  • Valid ID required.
  • Parents must be in pool area if children are under 16.
  • Fire code permits a maximum of five guests per room.
  • Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid 1 night’s room and tax penalty.
  • 72 hours notice also required of early departure to avoid a 1-night room and tax penalty.
  • Full balance is due at CHECK IN.
  • We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Travelers Checks and Cash. A security deposit may be required.
  • Sorry, no pets allowed but we would be happy to suggest a few local boarding kennels.
  • We make every attempt to honor Special Requests but please keep in mind - they are not guaranteed.
  • Only one parking space per registered room. Parking permit required, available at Desk.
  • We have 2 parking lots; one on-site and another 1 1/2 blocks away. The on-site lot is first-come first-served only.
